Waitlist privacy notice

This notice covers the Streka waitlist only. The app will have its own privacy policy.

Who we are

Streka is a trading name of FLEET UAS LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 11779554, registered office 1906 Bridgewater House, 96 Lookout Lane, London E14 0TJ. FLEET UAS LTD decides how your waitlist details are used; in data protection terms it is the controller.

What we keep

• Your email address.
• When you joined and, if you leave, when you unsubscribed.
• The words you agreed to when you joined, so we can show what you asked for.
• If you arrived through a link with a tag on it, that tag, so we know which posts bring people in.

To stop abuse of the form, we count sign-ups from each internet address for ten minutes. We count them against a scrambled form of the address that can't be turned back into it, and delete even that after the ten minutes. The address itself is never stored or logged.

What we use it for

When you join, we send one email to say you're on the list, with a link to unsubscribe. After that, we email you when the Streka beta opens (we invite people in batches) and when Streka launches. Nothing else. We don't sell your email address or give it to anyone to market to you.

Why we are allowed to

You asked us to: our lawful basis is your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email we send, or by emailing us.

Who handles it for us

Cloudflare runs this website and stores the list, and Resend sends the emails. They act only on our instructions, under data processing agreements. Where either of them handles data outside the UK, it does so under the safeguards UK law requires.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or six months after Streka launches, whichever comes first. If you unsubscribe, we keep your address only as a record not to email you again.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it or delete it, and withdraw your consent. Email hello@streka.ai. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads nothing from other companies' servers.
